Reflection on Roll of Thunder Project

Reflection on Roll of Thunder Project
- Come to life: I like the way Darren was mimicking the voice of Cassie, sound of a girl. They could speak louder and clearer next time.

- Who and What: Good clues about the answer so that it is easy to guess the answer. You could ask more and harder questions next time.

- Interview: I think we did a pretty good job. I like the questions pretty much. I could've check my script before I went up, there are a lot of misspelled words... For example: The correct word "for" but I typed into "fort.

- Into the Future: She made up a really good story. T.J. won in the court, I am happy too.

- Who and What: Good questions, you could ask more questions next time.

Presentation

I think our presentation was ok. Frist, I forgot the word "Antelope", which the most important word in this myth and started laughing. Second, Jessie said something wrong. The rule for being the next king of the leopard is to count from one to ten before the sword fell down, but you only need to count to ten, not necessary starting from one. Third, the crown on the last slide should be a sword. Others was ok.
I think Michelle and Alice did the best. They explained the story well and interesting, and the characters with the roles of each character. They fully explained the story and the moral.

What is a winner?

    What is a winner?
In a competition, the person that wins is the winner. The records that referees or judges recorded down are the important proof that you won the competition, to state that the winner does not fake their victory and pretends he or she won.
A winner is also someone that everyone thinks he or she is the best. The person won people's trust. If the person thinks he or she is the best and feeling confidence, that's not enough. A person that wins or succeed because most of the people thinks the same way.
When you win something, you're the winner no matter the thing is a thing that you can actually see, cannot see, or is a trust. You can easily win a thing that you can see, but winning a person trust or things you cannot see is much harder.

Is There A Job You Were Born To Do?

Is There A Job You Were Born To Do?
Some people born to love music, writing, drawing, teaching, etc. Some people found out they have an ability to do those things and wanted to have a job with that ability. Some people don't have their own talented ability, so they don't know what job they should do.
Teachers now might wanted to be a teacher at a very young age and they would go to the school or college for only teachers, so that they can get the job for a teacher after they grow up.
Singers, they are born to have a very great voice that can attract many people. They found out they have those abilities so that they have the idea of having a job of being a singer.
Although, some people might not have a job that they are born to do. Like me, I'm not particularly interested or talented in one thing or job, so I don't know what job I wanted to do in the future.

What Are You Willing To Fight For?

What Are You Willing To Fight For?
Usually people will fight for things that they think are important to them. Families, friends, heroes, and food would be the things that you think are important to you. You would want to fight for them.
Places that don't have enough food will cause a fight for food. Everyone needs food to live and survive. Places that have enough food won't have those kind of problems.
Things that you like would be a thing that you want to fight for. Things that you are not interested in, you might just sit there and watch other people fighting for it, that they think are important.
Everyone has different opinions. Some might think it's important and fight for it as hard as they could, but some people might not like it and don't care about those things.

Do You Think Before You Act?

Do you think before you act?
People (including me of course) sometimes do things without thinking just because it is a spur of the moment.
The consequence of not studying for a test might be failing the test. Think before I act, if I don't mind failing the test, I can choose to not study for the test. If I want to get good grades, I might want to study hard.
There were many killing accidents in the past. Some people who kill others didn't think before they act. Nice people or people you don't expect they'll kill kill others just because of the anger of one moment. After they got caught by the police, they would feel regret of the things they had done.
People don't meen to do bad things, but they just don't think before they act.

Whom Do You Feel Closest To?

Whom do you feel closest to?
At home, I feel closest to my mom. We always talked about something funny and share things about what happened at school. When I'm sad, my mom would comfort me and discuss with me. We're just like good friends. My dad also tell me funny stories when I'm in bed, but he often came home really late because of work, so he don't have much time to have conversations with me.

At school, my classmates are the closest. They are always besides me and makes me laugh. They are just like we're in the same family.
